Helping Patients Feel More Confident With CPAP at Home
CPAP Home Service Consulting helps patients use their prescribed PAP equipment through technical support with RPSGT and separately offered clinical consultations with NP/MD.
Support that begins where delivery ends
Getting a CPAP machine is only the first step. Many patients struggle with mask fit, comfort, cleaning and staying consistent — often long after their equipment arrives.
CPAP Home Service Consulting was created to close that gap. We provide personalized, non-clinical education and equipment support remotely throughout Florida, with home visits in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and surrounding Lee County communities, plus scheduled extended-area service to Naples, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres and Miami.
We also partner with DME companies and healthcare providers to extend their patient-support capacity with a structured, adherence-focused workflow and clear clinical escalation boundaries.
Founder Background
Our work is led by a founder with deep, hands-on experience in sleep medicine:
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
- More than 10 years of sleep-medicine experience
- Hospital and multi-state professional experience
- English and Spanish
Fernando’s RPSGT support is technical and educational. Clinical NP/MD consultations are provided separately by the authorized professional within their licensure and applicable scope; technical support does not replace clinical care.

Technical support and clinical care
NP/MD identifies clinical care: Nurse Practitioner (NP) means an advanced practice nurse; MD means physician. The assigned professional and their actual credential are identified before payment. The current offering is NP-led care.
RPSGT services include specialized evaluation of PAP use, reported symptoms, pressure tolerance, mask fit and available equipment records, with a structured technical report and recommendations. Clinical evaluation, diagnosis and prescribing are provided by the treating NP/MD within their applicable scope. Application of a prescribed plan is coordinated under the applicable order and authorized procedure. Each service lists the interventions it includes; technical packages do not include an NP/MD consultation or a diagnostic sleep study unless expressly stated.
