Specialized care for your sleep and CPAP therapy

Specialized RPSGT evaluation, NP/MD clinical care and coordinated follow-up. Compare what you receive and what each price includes. NP/MD evaluations and plans are coming soon.

Specialized PAP evaluation · RPSGT

For patients already using PAP who need help with treatment, the care pathway starts with a home evaluation by a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), before a coordinated NP/MD review or a prescribed pressure change. The RPSGT evaluates your treatment experience, pressure tolerance, mask fit, leaks and available PAP records. The structured technical report brings your reported symptoms and equipment findings together, with observations and recommendations that support the NP/MD clinical evaluation when needed. Urgent concerns are escalated without waiting for this visit.

Clinical evaluation · NP/MD

Coming soon

Your NP/MD evaluates your history, symptoms and available records, including the RPSGT report when available, and documents the clinical conclusions and care plan.

Your clinical report, reviewed and signed by the NP/MD, along with your plan and instructions, will be available in your secure portal. Any clinically indicated orders will also be available there.

NP/MD identifies clinical care: Nurse Practitioner (NP) means an advanced practice nurse; MD means physician. The assigned professional and their actual credential are identified before payment. The current offering is NP-led care.
