Pilot proposalStart with a clearly defined DME pilot
Discuss an initial program in Lee County, starting with Cape Coral and Fort Myers. We agree on the patient volume, duration, services, fees and referral process before the first referral.
Proposed services and deliverables
- ✓Education on prescribed PAP equipment, mask comfort and practical barriers to use.
- ✓In-home or remote RPSGT technical support in English or Spanish.
- ✓A technical visit report, open concerns and follow-up within the agreed scope.
- ✓Authorized coordination with the DME or treating professional when appropriate.
Before activation, we confirm who contacts the patient, the contact and report-delivery timeframes, follow-up responsibilities and escalation contacts. The pilot aims to address PAP-use barriers; adherence outcomes are measured during the program and are not guaranteed.
Coverage: Initial in-home pilot in Lee County; remote technical support across Florida. Naples, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres and Miami require advance scheduling; a disclosed travel fee may apply. Availability is confirmed before accepting a referral.
